Pre-Career
AGE 18-21
As you sign your first contract and transition to earning full-time income from your sport, you’ll need financial, legal, and tax support. This is also the time to begin planning ahead for your financial future.
Professional Career
AGE 22-32
As you progress in your career, signing contracts and securing sponsorships, you’ll have a larger cash flow to manage.
During this time, you’ll fine-tune your long-term financial strategy, and potentially make adjustments related to marriage and family.
Post-Career
AGE 33+
Eventually, it will be time to retire from your sport and embark on the next phase of your career. You might transition into other employment (e.g. coach or commentator), start a business, or retire and live off investments.
You’ll need advisory support to navigate the complexities of this transitional phase.

Step

We have an introductory, no-obligation meeting over coffee to chat and identify ways we can help you make the most of your career.
Step

You share more detail with us about your situation, and we perform analysis and research to prepare for a follow-up meeting.
Step

We meet up to hear more about your current strategy, goals and objectives, and find potential solutions. If you’re happy to proceed, you sign an onboarding agreement.
Step

You come to a third meeting to confirm strategy; sign paperwork, applications, and documents; organise meetings with partners; and gather any other materials we need.

05
Together we finalise our strategy, schedule ongoing meetings, and get everything up and running. Congratulations — you’re on the road to maximising your career!
